Santuario Brand Guide
SANTUARIO Brand guide · Version 3 · Provenza, Medellín

Private members club · Restaurant · Lounge

Medellín has been waiting for this room.

A high gloss red seal. A gold letter. A second floor door on the most beautiful street in Provenza. This guide is how Santuario looks, sounds, shines and glows, from the member card in a wallet to the color of the walls at 3am.

Private by day. Legendary by night.

01 · The story

Walk Provenza after dark and you will pass it without knowing. A quiet door. A narrow stair. A red seal pressed with a single gold letter.

Most people keep walking. Members climb.

Upstairs, the noise of the street falls away. Santuario is the private members club Medellín has been waiting for: one second floor sanctuary in the heart of Provenza, built for the travelers who fly in for a week and the locals who never leave. It lives four lives in a single day. Most rooms get one.

The Club · Members 11AM

Your office just got better light.

Baby blue morning pours through white sheers. Gold catches the rim of a coffee cup. A deal closes at the corner table, a lunch runs long at the window, a laptop stays open on black velvet until four. Bring the client. Bring the friend. Bring nothing but your key. Why rent a desk when you can hold a key to Santuario?

The Table · Open to Medellín 6PM

Then the walls turn pink.

At six the door opens to the city. Neon pink floods the black walls, candles light black linen, and gold flashes on every glass. The kitchen sends out what nobody else in Medellín serves: Italian sushi, silk pasta rolled where the rice should be. Steak for the table. Champagne from the Altar. The reservation you wanted is already gone by Tuesday.

The Lounge · After midnight 12AM

Nobody leaves. The room changes.

At midnight the tables disappear. The walls sink into velvet maroon, the DJ steps into the booth, and the gold on the bar starts to glow. It is not a nightclub. It is the room the nightclub wishes it was: the best dressed people in Medellín, one sound system, and a door that says no more often than yes.

The Sunrise Coming soon 6AM

The night ends. The party does not.

While Medellín sleeps, Santuario opens again. The walls glow velvet purple and slowly burn to orange as the sun climbs over the valley. The music rises with it. Six in the morning to four in the afternoon, every Saturday, Sunday and Monday. A sunrise party this city has never seen.

One address. Four lives. One key.

What do you want tonight?

02 · The Seal

Perfectly round. Finished in high gloss.

The logo is a wax seal reborn as jewelry: a perfectly round red disc in an ultra high gloss lacquer finish, a gold leaf S, and gold leaf lettering around the edge. A seal means sealed, private and personal. It is the promise of the club before a single word is read.

  1. The gloss discSeal red #C41E2A, a touch brighter at the top and deeper at the bottom, with one soft sheen across the upper half. Polished like lacquer, never transparent like glass.
  2. The gold leaf SA high contrast serif S, raised off the red with a fine shadow below and a light edge above, finished with a leaf grain so it never reads as flat yellow.
  3. The ringA hairline of gold leaf that frames the S and holds the edge lettering in place.
  4. The edge letteringSANTUARIO · PROVENZA · MEDELLÍN · MMXXVI in gold leaf, set around the seal like the rim of a coin.
  5. The perfect circleA true geometric circle with a clean edge. The seal story lives in the idea, not in a wobbly outline.

Red gloss

The primary Seal. Doors, menus, the app and social.

Black gloss

For red grounds and all three member cards. Gold leaf S and lettering on black gloss.

On white

The red gloss Seal works on white paper, white plates and daylight photography.

Flat

When gloss cannot be reproduced: embroidery, screen printing, stamps, anything under 48px.

Gold foil

One color hot foil on black boxes, napkins, invitations and the door plate.

Blind black

Receipts, rubber stamps and legal paperwork.

Wordmark

Barlow Condensed 500, tracked wide, in gold leaf or white. Used beside the Seal, never instead of it on first contact.

DoGive the Seal clear space equal to the height of the S on every side.
DoUse the gloss Seal at 96px and up; the flat Seal below that.
NeverRecolor the disc outside red or black gloss, or the S outside gold leaf.
NeverPut the red Seal on a red or pink wall wash photo without a black field around it.
NeverAdd the leaves and swirls of the old wax seal, a wax edge, glass effects, bevels, or a drop shadow on the disc itself.
NeverStretch it, crop the edge lettering, or type the S in a font.

03 · On the table

The S arrives before the food does.

White high gloss porcelain with a single gold leaf S at the center and a hairline gold rim. The plate is the logo most guests will photograph, so it carries the S alone: no disc, no lettering, nothing to crowd the food.

BodyWhite porcelain, ultra high gloss glaze.
MarkThe S in gold leaf, about 22% of the plate's inner diameter, centered.
RimA hairline of gold leaf just inside the edge.
ServiceChargers under dinner plates in black gloss; plates on black linen at dinner.

04 · Color

Four colors wear the brand. Light wears everything else.

Black, white, seal red and gold leaf are the brand. They appear on the logo, the cards, the plates, the menus and every screen. The room's lighting colors live in the light only.

05 · Member cards

Three cards. One shine.

Every card is high gloss, cut to standard wallet size and heavy in the hand. The tier is the color; the black gloss Seal sits big and centered on every card. Hover a card to catch the light.

06 · Light

Same room. Four different worlds.

Nothing is rebuilt between services. Black walls, black furniture and white sheers stay put; uplights washing the walls change the room in sixty seconds. Gold is the constant in every scene.

Private day club

Baby blueWhiteGold

Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 4pm. Soft baby blue on the walls, sheers open to daylight, warm gold pin spots on the tables. Bright enough to work, calm enough to stay.

Dinner

Neon hot pinkBlackGold

6pm to 11pm. Hot pink walls, black linen, candles and gold on the tables. Keep a warm white pin spot on every plate so the food never turns pink in photos.

Lounge

Velvet maroonBlackGold

Midnight to 4am, 5am on weekends. Deep maroon that reads like velvet, gold light on the bar and the booth, tables stored, the room pulled close.

Sunrise party

Velvet purpleOrangeGold

Saturday to Monday, 6am to 4pm. Doors open in velvet purple, then the walls warm toward orange over the first hours as the real sun rises outside the sheers.

07 · The room

Black velvet. Gold edges. Nine feet of drama.

A second floor room with a 9 ft ceiling wins by feeling close, not tall. Everything dark disappears so the light and the gold can take over.

WallsRepainted matte black, ceiling the same, so the ceiling line vanishes and the washed walls become the architecture.
ChairsCushions reupholstered in black velvet, bases painted black, a gold detail at the foot.
TablesBlack with gold accents. Black tablecloths at dinner only; bare for the Club, the Lounge and the Sunrise.
WindowsWhite sheer curtains on each side of every window, hung from the ceiling to the floor to add height.
UplightsColor changing wall washers on the floor, close to the wall with a narrow beam so the color fades before the ceiling.
DJ boothA clean modern black box, a gold hairline and the Seal on its face. No fake leaves anywhere.
BarBlack and gold; any wood or green stone is painted, wrapped or replaced.
TabletopWhite high gloss plates with the gold leaf S, black gloss chargers at dinner, gold rimmed glassware.

08 · Type

Clean. Tall. Easy to read in the dark.

Say less. Let them lean in.

10 · Digital

The shine works on screens too.

One glossy red action per screen, gold for everything secondary, black everywhere else.

Primary: seal red with a high gloss sheen, one per screen. Secondary: gold outline that fills with gold on hover. Ghost: white text for quiet exits.

11 · Production

Before you order anything.

Gloss needs a flat twin

Glass and gold leaf only exist in print as special finishes: spot UV varnish, hot foil and metallic inks. Every supplier also gets the flat Seal for embroidery, stamps and anything small.

Gold on plates

Real gold decoration on porcelain usually is not safe in microwaves and can wear in commercial dishwashers. Ask the supplier for a commercial grade fired gold decal and a care rating before ordering in volume.

Pink light and food

A neon pink wall wash will tint plates and faces. Put a warm white pin spot over every table so food and guests photograph true.

Fabric ratings

Black velvet for heavy commercial seating, rated for high abrasion and flame retardant. Sheers beside lights and the DJ booth must be flame retardant too.

Brand colors stay four

Baby blue, hot pink, maroon, purple and orange belong to the lights. Keep them off the logo, the cards, the menus and the buttons so Santuario is recognizable in every scene.
